The YX-PF10 Vacuum Perfume Filling Machine is a semi automatic filling machine,mainly used for the filling of floral water, perfume, etc. It adopts fixed liquid level filling and vacuum type transfer, which avoids the different levels caused by the thickness of bottle bottom. It can be switched between manual and automatic mode, when the machine is under “automatic” condition, operator just need to step on footplate continuously, the machine will realize continuous filling.
It uses a pump for liquid suction and negative pressure suction to do the filling. Bottle holders are fixed to a rotary star wheel, when the pump is running, it will push the bottles up towards the head for liquid filling. When the bottle is filled, a level switch will give an indication and stop the transfer pump. If the bottle is overfilled, it will be sucked up by the nozzle into the overflow jar, then the overflowing liquid will fall down into the hopper for recycling.
The machine frame is made of Mild steel angle structure welded and covered with polymer. Material contact parts are made of 304 or 316 quality stainless steel.
