A film pulling system uses servo motors and a tensioner to pull in the roll of bag stock, removing the air from the film and laying it flat. Then, the film passes through a printer and then goes through the bag forming process where the edges of the bag are overlapped to shape it into a pouch. The bag is then loaded into a vacuum box on the second rotary where remaining air is squeezed out through two deflator components and finally a hot seal bar is applied to the bag to seal it.
