Using the Knockbox 3/100 is simple. After shredding the flower with a Futurola Mini Marijuana Shredder or another industrial grinder/shredder, the operator simply loads the material into the machine and the machine does the rest. The result is a high-quality, professionally-packed pre-roll in less than a minute.

To speed up the process even more, Futurola’s Knockbox 3/100 comes with a Dutch Crown device that helps to quickly and properly close each blunt. This helps to minimize labor, and helps to ensure each cone is properly closed so it will be able to hold the vapor inside for an optimal smoking experience.

Additionally, the Knockbox 3/100 is compatible with a range of Futurola Kits, including the Reefer and Fatboy kits. The King Kone

The King Kone, owned by Gail and Mitch Hewitts, is a familiar sight for anyone who has ever traveled through Perry Township. They have been in cone filling machines business for over 30 years and recently opened a stand-alone building with more space. The new location also features a deck with seating and more parking. The menu remains the same but with additional options and extra storage. They offer more than 60 flavors of Leiby’s and Nelson’s hard and soft ice cream in cups or cones, frozen yogurt, water ice, gelatis, creative sundaes, milkshakes and even dog-friendly soft serve.

Unlike its 3-D printed counterpart, this metal King Kone is more solid and heavy-duty. It is also budget friendly, versatile and easy to use. This cone filling machine includes attachments that can pack half-gram 84mm pre-rolls, 3/4 gram 98mm pre-rolls and 1 gram 109mm king-sized pre-rolls.

The adjustable knob allows the user to choose how dense they want their cones to be packed. Adding additional trays expedites the process even further, allowing the user to grow production exponentially! The King Kone is also equipped with two overflow containers that catch any extra material that does not make it into the cone filling machines pre-rolls. It comes standard with a tray for 84mm cones, with an optional extention tray to add a 98mm and 109mm tray.

The JuanaRoll

The JuanaRoll is a high-performance cone filling machine that’s trusted by the industry’s leading LP’s. This machine automatically weighs, fills, compacts, and twists 4,000 pre-rolls per hour and eliminates the need for manual labor. It also has a built-in camera for cone open and closed detection as well as a real-time production reporting system. The JuanaRoll can be upgraded with additional features like a trimmer, a second compaction station, and an automatic crowning unit.
